Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the MADELLA website (hereinafter "the Site") or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use the Site.
MADELLA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
Eligibility
To make a purchase at MADELLA you must be at least 18 years of age or have the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
MADELLA is a Colombian brand operating primarily within Colombia. Purchases from abroad are subject to shipping availability and to the customs regulations of the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders & availability
Placing an order constitutes a purchase offer, not a binding contract, until MADELLA confirms availability and sends an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of errors in a product's description or price, unavailability of materials, or circumstances beyond our control.
As most of our pieces are made to measure, the indicated production times are estimates. We will notify you of any significant delay and will offer reasonable alternatives in such cases.
Prices & invoicing
All prices published on the Site include VAT and are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP), unless otherwise stated. MADELLA reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In accordance with Decree 2242 of 2015 and current Colombian e-commerce regulations, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your transaction which serves as your proof of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including designs, photographs, texts, logos, weaving patterns, and the MADELLA brand — is the exclusive property of its creators or is licensed to MADELLA. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Physical pieces sold are delivered for personal use only. The purchase does not transfer any rights of reproduction, pattern copying, or commercial use of the design.
Limitation of liability
MADELLA exercises the utmost diligence in the production, packaging, and shipping of its products. However, we are not liable for damages arising from improper use or care of garments, delays caused by third-party carriers, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the item purchased.

Modifications
MADELLA may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
