We want you to love your piece. Here is, clearly, how a change or a warranty works.

    Made-to-measure pieces

    Every MADELLA dress is made by hand, exclusively for you. Because it is personalised, macramé dresses cannot be exchanged or returned once production has begun.

  2. 02

    Bags and accessories

    Collection bags and accessories can be exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase, if unused, with original packaging and labels, and without damage.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing defect

    If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have 30 business days from receipt to report it. Photograph the detail and write to us with your order number.

  4. 04

    How to start an exchange

    Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order. We confirm eligibility, coordinate shipping to the atelier in Duitama, Boyacá, and inspect the piece before sending the replacement.
