Orders and production
Can I place a custom order?
Yes. Most pieces are made to measure. When ordering you will find a field for your measurements and notes. For very special projects, write to us before buying.
How long does a macramé dress take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the model and the atelier's load. We share the exact timing when you confirm.
Where is the atelier?
In Duitama, Boyacá, Colombia. We receive visits by appointment for those who wish to see the process or try pieces.
Shipping
Do you ship across Colombia?
Yes. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days once the piece is ready. You will receive a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We work mainly in Colombia. For international orders, write to us and we will review options for your country.
Exchanges, sizes and care
Can I exchange a macramé dress?
Macramé dresses are made to measure and cannot be exchanged or returned. The full policy is on Returns & exchanges.
How do I know which size to order?
Use the Size guide. We will confirm your measurements before making the piece.
How do I care for my piece?

Which payment methods do you accept?
