MADELLA was born from the need to create fashion with a soul. Not seasonal collections, but pieces that last, that tell stories, that matter.
The origin
MADELLA was born in Duitama, Boyacá. A needle, meters of natural cotton and the conviction that fashion could be different: slower, more honest, more human.
From the start, the process was the piece. Not the final result, but the cadence of hand weaving, the decision of each knot, the conscious choice of each material.
Today, every garment leaves our workshop after passing through the hands of artisans who know weaving as their own language.
The process
Every piece begins as an idea and takes shape through design, material selection and handwork. We tend each stage until the piece holds the essence of MADELLA.

Mabell Sánchez
A little about me.
I am from Duitama, Boyacá, Colombia. I am an industrial engineer, and my path has taken me through different worlds, each with something new to teach me. I have built my way between the professional, the entrepreneurial, the creative and the social, making decisions with intention and working them with discipline and vision. I am moved by building, creating, and turning ideas into realities that generate value.
Modeling was one of those paths and led me to represent Boyacá at Miss Universe Colombia, an experience that added much to my growth and is now part of my story.
Away from work, I find balance in what inspires me: painting, travelling, knowing new places and connecting with different cultures. I enjoy observing, discovering and letting each experience transform me; I am moved by curiosity for what I do not yet know and for the new perspectives I find along the way.
Today I keep exploring new paths and giving form to new ideas, guided by the conviction that the best is still to come.
